The experience in the backpack

Based on his commercial training, Roland started his own business early after working in advertising and sales and built up an effective sales team which expanded to over 16 countries. In addition, he has worked as a multilingual trainer and consultant for international companies in recent years. In his spare time Roland organizes Yoga retreats on Mallorca.

Seminar participation: Sales, leadership, communication, mental training, systemic NLP trainer and coach, setting and achieving goals, coaching & mentoring, process management, health management, meditation.

Like many other successful entrepreneurs, Roland has developed over the years and realized what is really important in life. In doing so, the development and care of the following 3 core themes are of primary importance to him: health, relationships and personality development; because only when these 3 are fully developed can the full unfolding of career, income and lifestyle be achieved, and this also permanently.

Personal interests:Travel, yoga, sports, intercultural exchange, all relevant topics around personality, health, relationships, environment, as well as time-critical topics of our society.

Roland prefers a free and independent lifestyle and commutes between different states. For a few months of the year he travels and lives in his motor home and works from the most beautiful places in the world.

Mark has been active as a qualified trainer and coach in the leadership development environment for 23 years. In addition, he repeatedly acts in internal leadership roles in the areas of soft HR management, HR development, people development, organizational learning, change management, performance management and LEAN leadership.

Mark’s experience spans a variety of industries in various national and international companies – from SMEs and start-ups to large international corporations.

Mark has gained profound experience in the context of Modern Digital Learning Design, Learning Process Design (5 Moments of Learning Need / 70-20-10 Approach). He is strong in analysis, conception and implementation. In addition, he has practical experience and expertise in the areas of Corporate Academy and Corporate Communication.

Shaping the future

Empathy and authenticity are Mark’s hallmarks – as are sharpness in analysis and the deduction of possibilities. Better to do something and gain experience than to wait for someone else to do something. Sometimes I win, sometimes the others lose. But most of all: Mark learns and develops further and further. Courage is as much a part of this as the strong trust in his partners and “accomplices”. According to Mark, this requires not only curiosity but also the necessary freedom for creativity and innovation. Wheels have already been reinvented enough to get from “A” to “B”. It is all about effect, sustainability and accuracy of fit. He does everything with pleasure – but nothing for fun. But it looks different in “private” life.

Mark has an above-average passion for the Netherlands. Here it is above all the people and the country that fascinates him. He also likes to take advantage of the opportunities in the Netherlands to find antiques, “old masters” and curiosities. A special passion for Mark Tintin and Snowy are figures and antique markets in Benelux. Privately Mark lives since 207 in Lippstadt.
